SGM2032是一款低功耗、低噪聲、低壓差射頻線性穩(wěn)壓器。它能夠提供300mA的輸出電流，典型的壓降電壓只有270mV。工作輸入電壓范圍為2.5V至5.5V。固定輸出電壓范圍為0.9V至5.0V，可調(diào)輸出電壓范圍為0.8V至5.0V。
其他功能包括邏輯控制關(guān)機模式、輸出電流限制和熱關(guān)機保護。
SGM2032適用于需要低噪音和低電源的應(yīng)用，如MP3播放器、掌上電腦等。提供固定或可調(diào)輸出電壓版本。
